September 2019 Volunteer of the Month

Please join us in congratulating A1C Leo Manalansan as USO Incirlik’s Volunteer of the Month for September. In September, he achieved 500 volunteer hours with USO Incirlik! In addition to supporting programs throughout the week, such as Patriot Express, Taco Tuesday and Sunday Brunch, Leo is found behind the desk in the center working on homework to improve his personal and professional career.
