February 2025 Volunteer of the Month - Brett

Meet Brett, our Volunteer of the Month for February 2025 for his outstanding dedication to the USO Incirlik community! From the moment Brett joined our team, he has embodied our core values—Mission First, Do the Right Thing, Accountability, and Excellence.

Brett jumped in with both feet, becoming a lead volunteer within two weeks of joining. Whether it’s Game Night, Rotator Welcome bags, Super Bowl, or decorating the center, he ensures service members feel at home.

Always incredibly helpful and proactive, Brett takes initiative in everything he does—whether it’s mentoring new volunteers, supporting with center coverage and closings, or keeping things running smoothly.

Brett pays close attention to detail (you’ve probably seen him with his tape measurer!) and keeps our center in top shape, even reopening it when staff are needed elsewhere. He’s also been a liaison with 5/6 for Mario’s Midweek Munchies and diligently ensures we stay in compliance with food and drink assessments.

From recruiting new volunteers to leading a massive center clean-up, Brett consistently goes above and beyond to support our mission. His dedication is truly inspiring! Brett, we are beyond grateful for your hard work, leadership, and commitment to supporting service members. USO Incirlik wouldn’t be the same without you!
