April 2021 Volunteer of the Month
You might have seen him at the K9 Veterans Day event, helping during our base outreach programs, or volunteering at the center…so please join us in congratulating TSgt Tomas Myers as USO Incirlik’s April Volunteer of the Month! Since joining in December, Thomas has earned over 150 hours through helping in all aspects of center operations. As a volunteer leader, Thomas is always willing to lend a hand and carry out any task before him—big or small! From conducting volunteer orientations and ensuring the center is COVID-19 compliant, to prepping for outreach programs, Thomas makes it his practice to anticipate the needs of the center, staff, and his fellow volunteers to get the job done!
Thomas makes bosting base morale a priority, and he is always searching for opportunities to facilitate creative and fun ways to give back to the airmen; from organizing larger events like the K9 “Pawty”, or setting up rations drops at his unit, Thomas is always focused on giving back. Time and time again he exemplifies the USO core values of having a commitment to excellence, respect, and doing the right thing. We are so grateful for his continued contributions to our Center and the Base.
Congratulations on this achievement, Thomas, we are so happy that you are a part of our Incirlik volunteer family; and thank you for everything that you do!
