February 2023 Volunteer of the Month
Bryce Hollins is February’s Volunteer of the Month! Bryce has been with us since October 2021 and has served over 800 hours since, the most of any Incirlik volunteer currently on base. Throughout his time as volunteer, he has personally shown Incirlik his commitment to service and to the mission of the USO. In previous months, Bryce helped the center hold extended hours into the night, often keeping it open for some of the NFL and NCAA football games. Over the past month, Incirlik received an influx of 1500 service members and aid workers to respond to the earthquake in Türkiye. Bryce demonstrated courage, accountability and adaptability by showing up every day (sometimes from opening until closing) to make sure all service members were taken care of during a time of turmoil. He was an important part of helping set up our temporary morale tables, escorting staff to and from these restricted and secure areas. We commend Bryce for stepping up as a leader, especially during this integral time for our host country.
