March 2023 Volunteer of the Month

Kayla Webb is March’s Volunteer of the Month!

Kayla arrived in Incirlik, Türkiye to support mission rescue efforts for Patriot Village due to the recent earthquakes that impacted the region. Despite not having any prior involvement with the USO, Kayla energetically jumped in and began serving our service members, coalition forces, and aid workers from around the world. She never missed an opportunity to say “Welcome to the USO” when a guest arrived and was quick to restock snacks and drinks when needed. Kayla also graciously supported USO Incirlik efforts by frequently helping staff cover the center while we needed to attend meetings, shop for more center supplies, or deliver fresh coffee and snacks to our morale tables around base. She truly navigated with a mission first mentality, operated in excellence, and illustrated gratitude to all who entered the center.

Kayla has quickly accrued 100 hours of volunteer time in the one month of being at Incirlik and will be sadly departing us to return to her current assignment. We will miss her helpful attitude, proactive nature, quick wit and sharp sense of humor. Thank you, Kayla, for being an amazing USO Incirlik team member, and thank you for your service. Kudos and please help us give a round of applause for our Volunteer of the Month… Kayla Webb!
