April 2023 Volunteer of the Month

Our Volunteer of the Month for April is Brent Croxton. Brent has accumulated over 360 hours serving as a volunteer since November. He is a Lead Volunteer that shows up to support center efforts 5 out of 7 days a week, and on recent weekends spends full days at the center. Brent is quick to volunteer to keep the center open past operations hours to accommodate service members wanting to catch sporting events that broadcast in the later hours here at Incirlik. When staff are out and around base spreading USO joy, we can always count on Brent to staff the center with enthusiasm. He truly embodies putting the USO mission first. Brent, along with another Lead Volunteer, has recently started a chess club that plans to meet on Tuesday evenings. Chess is a popular game for our Incirlik service members and coalition partners. Brent saw an opportunity for more connection and collaboration, and rose to the occasion as he often does. We thank Brent for his service to USO Incirlik.
