Volunteer of the Quarter – Quarter 4 2025: Chris! USO Incirlik is proud to recognize Chris as our Volunteer of the Quarter for his creativity, initiative, and unwavering positivity. From the moment he joined our team, Chris has been an unstoppable force of energy and innovation. Within weeks of volunteering, he earned Rookie of the Month and quickly advanced to Lead Volunteer, taking on projects and programs that have truly elevated the center. With 330 hours served at Incirlik and 435 lifetime hours, including previous service with the USO in Abu Dhabi, Chris continues to embody the spirit of dedication and connection that defines our mission.

A true idea generator, Chris brought the concept of Arts & Crafts Nights to life, building a new committee from scratch and helping foster a creative outlet for service members and their families. As the unofficial committee chair, he’s inspired countless moments of laughter, relaxation, and camaraderie. But his contributions don’t stop there—he even built a ramp to improve accessibility and make it easier for volunteers to move our water cart independently, showing his attention to both people and process. His ability to combine innovation with compassion has strengthened not only our programs but our team as a whole.

Beyond the center, Chris connects seamlessly with volunteers and NATO partners alike. His enthusiasm bridges cultural gaps and keeps every event—whether it’s Game Night or Mario’s Midweek Munchies—full of energy and fun. He’s also known for bringing the community together through the base-wide Trivia Night he occasionally co-hosts on Thursdays, proving that his love for engagement extends far beyond his scheduled shifts.

Chris’s presence has become a cornerstone of USO Incirlik life. Whether he’s mentoring new volunteers, brainstorming fresh ideas, or lending a helping hand where it’s needed most, he approaches every task with humor, warmth, and excellence. His impact has not only elevated our programming but inspired those around him to give their best, too.
