December 2025 Volunteer of the Month - Esel

USO Incirlik is thrilled to recognize Esel as our Decemer Volunteer of the Month!

Esel brings great energy to everything they do and is incredibly active both as a volunteer and a patron, striking a perfect balance between serving and supporting our programs. She is a huge asset to our Fitness Committee, always the first to say “yes” when it comes to supporting our 5Ks at the park, and steps in whenever we truly need an extra hand, whether it’s at Game Night, Arts & Crafts, or Mario’s Midweek Munchies.

With a consistently positive attitude, Esel uplifts everyone around her. Although she was once nervous about taking on a leadership role, she now leads with confidence and valor, inspiring others through her growth and dedication and even receiving the Bronze Mission Award twice – in both October and November. She is also intentional about setting and achieving volunteer hour goals – a true testament to her commitment.
