Q1 2026 Volunteer of the Quarter - Destiny

USO Incirlik is proud to recognize Destiny as our Volunteer of the Quarter for Quarter One 2026!

Destiny truly exemplifies what it means to be Volunteer of the Quarter. From co-hosting the Halloween Taste of Home to hosting a Spades Tournament and supporting countless Game Nights and Arts & Crafts events, her dedication to programming is unmatched. She has also played a key role in setting up Morale Drops for the Med Group and consistently volunteers for outreach opportunities.

She has volunteer for or co-led over 25 programs, serving an average of 1,600 service members monthly. Her creativity shined during the Halloween event, where she crafted a festive, themed menu that elevated the entire experience.

As a Lead Volunteer, Destiny regularly opens and closes the center, ensuring smooth daily operations. With this being her second time at Incirlik Air Base, she has shown renewed commitment, fast-paced growth, and strong leadership, becoming a dependable asset to the mission.

A three-time Bronze Mission Award recipient (July, September, and November 2025), Destiny leads with positivity, initiative, and heart. She steps in without hesitation, recruits others to serve, supports the Fitness Committee and USO 5K events, and consistently strengthens the USO family.

Destiny’s teamwork, selflessness, and passion for service make her more than deserving of the Volunteer of the Quarter recognition. Thank you, Destiny, for all you do!
