November 2025 Volunteer of the Month - Alex

USO Incirlik is proud to recognize Alex as our Volunteer of the Month for November 2025!

From the moment he joined the team, Alex has been a burst of positivity, humor, and contagious energy—bringing life into every event he touches. Whether he’s jumping into a shift on his day off or greeting patrons with his signature smile, Alex embodies what it means to show up with heart. His dedication in just 65 hours of service has already left an outsized impact on our center and community.

Alex’s initiative has been especially felt across our unit support efforts. He coordinated multiple morale drops and support requests for MXS, ensuring Airmen felt the appreciation and care they deserve. He also coordinated an Ammo Flight–hosted Taste of Home, helping create a comforting, delicious, and memorable evening for the squadron. His instinct for connection and willingness to take on big tasks has made him an invaluable partner in strengthening USO outreach across base.

Inside the center, Alex brings both skill and spirit. He’s a regular at Mario’s Midweek Munchies, volunteers consistently outside of his normal schedule, and even stepped up to host a FIFA tournament Game Night and a lively evening of bingo. His humor and warm presence make him the kind of volunteer patrons remember and teammates love working alongside. And when he’s not volunteering? He’s an award-winning pickleball player—which feels right, because Alex brings that same competitive drive and joyful energy into every shift.

From being named Rookie of the Month in March 2025 to now earning Volunteer of the Month, Alex’s momentum has only grown. We are grateful for his time, talent, and incredible attitude, and we’re thrilled to celebrate him this month. Congratulations, Alex!
